Post 337 prides itself in "Serving Veterans and Serving our Community". Our success stems from the many volunteers who step forward to assist in the many community programs and events which we sponsor throughout the year.
Together, our American Legion Family (the American Legion, The American Legion Auxiliary, the Sons of the American Legion, the Legion Riders and our Color Guard), emphasize preserving our American traditions and values, improving the quality of life for our nation's children, caring for veterans and their families and perhaps most importantly, teaching the basic fundamentals of good citizenship.
The American Legion is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization with great political influence perpetuated by its grassroots involvement in the legislation process. Legionnaires sense of obligation to their community, state and nation drives an honest advocacy for veterans in Washington. The Legion stands not behind politics, but the issues and people that institute progress by focusing on veteran's rights and quality of life.
